TRIAL : Swank Digital Campus

Atkins Library is currently running a trial of Swank Motion Pictures Digital Campus!

"Digital Campus by Swank Motion Pictures, Inc.® allows students the flexibility to legally view course-assigned films outside the classroom. Providing digital access to course-related films allows educators to enhance the learning experience without taking up valuable class time.

Digital Campus provides a flexible and custom solution to fit your campus’ needs by distributing films through your Learning Management System. Select and pay only for the films you need! We have exclusive distribution of thousands of films, making us the largest repository of digital film content to complement the curriculum of any course." (source)

Films on Demand Collection - Expanded

UNCC’s collection of streaming video provided Films on Demand has been significantly expanded for 2015.  In addition to increasing the number of titles in our Films on Demand Academic Collection, we have also started subscribing to two specialized video libraries dedicated to Nursing and World Cinema.

Films on Demand Combined Collection

This collection provides over 21,000 thousand high quality streaming videos on business & economics, health & medicine, humanities & social sciences, and science & mathematics, as well as travel and fitness programming, home and how-to videos, indie films, and popular music performances. The videos include Oscar, Emmy and Peabody award winning documentaries plus interviews, instructional and vocational training videos, historical speeches and newsreels.

Films on Demand Nursing Video Collection

This carefully selected, expansive compilation of over 1300 full-length programs and short-form video clips addresses the multifaceted needs of tomorrow’s nurses.
